The Punch Counter is a simple and practicle tool used to aid in the tallying of the number of punches a fighter throws in a given round or duting the course of a training session.This simple tool can be used in a variety of ways.
Mastery of singular techniques is essential to the development of a fighter. What better way to master a technique than through repetition. Throwing the same technique 50, 100, or even 500 times per session gaurantees that the fighter's technique will improve. Keep track of every jab with The Punch Counter.
In preparation for fight, it can often be difficult to truly gauge if your conditioning is improving. The Punch Counter offers a remedy for this. Set a timer for a round length of your choosing. Throw as many punches as you cn in that round. Tally them all with The Punch Counter. Log your results. Do this once a week. If the number improves week after week, be assured that your conditioning is improving. If not, know that the intensity of your training may need to be increased.
